As a Senior Transition Specialist with Clear Path, I’ve found the perfect way to combine my experience with my purpose—supporting seniors and their families through some of life’s biggest transitions. I provide compassionate, hands-on support with downsizing, organizing, packing, moving, and settling into a new home. I understand that these transitions are about much more than belongings—they’re about memories, emotions, and beginning a new chapter.
